HTML not rendered properly by Konqueror

The webpage at http://www.citact.org/cacindex.html 
is not rendered by Konqueror the same way as by IE. 
Konqueror left justifies the text so that the text 
overlays the icons, making the text very hard to read.
With IE the text is laid out to the right of the icons
and is easy to read.

Is This fixable?
