Konqueror and IE Rendering Capabilities Diverging?

http://www.prisonplanet.tv/ is the URL of the most 
recent website that I have found where Konqueror 
does not render the HTML as IE does.  Konqueror's
usefulness as a browser dimininishes in direct proportion
to the degree that it does not correctly render html that works
with IE, and I am running into more and more such HTML.

Does the KDE team have any plans to make Konqueror html
rendering more compatible with IE?
