Looking at the error, the problem may very well be with ghostscript > itself btw. I am going to start using bugs.kde.org. I just upgraded to Openbsd 3.6 (KDE 3.2.3) and while the appearance of KDE is now really outstanding IMHO, I am experiencing a lot of errors in KDE applications. The konqueror errors are the most disconcerting since previous editions of konqueror *never* generated errors. Lots of little things are now going wrong with Konqueror. Kmail crashed once during network account initialization but now seems to be working correctly. Kspread aborts every time I try to open an empty document. I just disabled all of Arts because I have no sound card and also because I keep getting the error message 'too many open files' . I would gladly build and run the most recent KDE on my system but the last time I tried (on Openbsd 3.4 after building Qt 3.3), I could not get arts to build, so I couldn't get any further. Nontheless, KDE is making excellent progress. One of my major goals is to become a contributing developer for KDE and to support KDE on Openbsd.
