problem with dcopserver

Hi.

I have kde 2.2.2 running in a OpenBSD 3.0, my problem
is that when I want to run kde like user I get this :

check that dcopserver is running.

like root I can run kde without problem, I deleted all
in /tmp, but I do not know what is the problem.
