dcopserver in OpenBSD

Hi.

Please, someone that help me, I´ve read FAQ, man, but
I can´t find how resolv my problem with dcopserver.
When I star kde like root all perfect, but when I do
it liker any user I can´t. 
I´ve deleted all in /tmp, re-installed, all but
nothing. I use Openbsd, plese helpppp
