No filesystem type for CDROM/Floppy Icons?

I just installed OpenBSD 3.1 and KDE 2.2.2.

I used to be able to create floppy and CDROM icons to access file systems on these devices - there was a place to specify the file system type when the icon was created.

There doesn't seem to be a way to do this in the version I'm using.  Is it handled somewhere else?
