As far as I know, nobody has ever got the flashplugin to work with 
konqueror on FreeBSD.

In my experience, it has been difficult enough to get the plugin to work 
with Netscape or Mozilla, at least the native versions. Seems okay using 
the Linux versions in compatibility mode though.
