13. Lack of humility on the part of certain volunteers. Several developers
refuse to accept that they can't just go bossing everyone around. They
push secret agendas and expect everyone to just trust and obey them.
14. Lack of openness about conflicts of interest. People abuse various
positions of trust to favor particular vendors at the expense of the
greater community.
