They started to get engaged actively in dealing with security issues all
over KDE. Picked them up from Bugtraq, contacted maintainers, discussed,
implemented and tested fixes and wrote advisories.
As noone else has stepped forward helping out they must have been
accepted by everyone else as their representatives.
