That's of course assuming that these clauses are enforcable. However, as pe=
r=20
=A75 a user could argue that he has not accepted the terms of the GPL and t=
hat=20
therefor its terms are not applicable. There is also a danger that the broa=
d=20
disclaimer terms in =A711 and =A712 are considered in breach of local consu=
mer=20
protection laws and voided as a result.
