questions come up that I can't answer ;-)]

Hi!

Ok, I've waited for this to be released publicly:
  http://fsfeurope.org/projects/fla/
So we now have two ways to "assign copyright" to KDE e.V.: One for the
Copyright model, and one for the Droit d'Auteur model.

I propose that KDE e.V. releases contracts based on the FSF Copyright
assignment and the FSFE FLA with the purpose of allowing KDE developers
to assign their rights to the KDE e.V. for legal protection and
enforcement of the licenses used, or - failing KDE e.V.'s willingness
to protect KDE developers' code in this way - ask FSF(E) to handle it
for them.

Thanks for listening,
Marc
