Hi! I'm Dr. Deepika K.

Currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of MCA, RV College
of Engineering, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Expert in Wireless Sensor Networks and Internet of Things (IoT) with 12
years of experience teaching at the college level.
Completed Consultancy Projects more than Rs 20+ Lakhs.

Developed IoT communication devices with BLE, Wi-FI, LoRA and UWB
technologies.
Conducted 20+ Trainings all over India on IoT and Mobile Application
Development using Android.
Free and Open Software Activist and advocates the importance of right to
learn, and sharing with others.
Distinguished record of publication in academic journals all over the world.

Commitment towards helping students to develop their full potential in
their educational standards.
Strong philosophy of teaching and knowledge of many different methods to
motivate students in developing their expertise in specific areas.
Dedicated partner in college events and outreach programs that help to
promote learning and support the student community.
Adding more, I am using KDE for the past 7+ years and wish to promote KDE
in a larger aspect.
In line to this, I am going to talk about the Reasons Why I love to Use
Debian KDE in MiniDebian Conference
to be held in Tamil Nadu, India from 28th January 2023 to 29th January
2023.
