kde-3.3.0 -> stable Wed, Sep 22

Barring a minute crisis, the kde-3.3.0 packages currently in testing 
will be moved to the stable section early morning on Wednesday, 
September 22.

Other than being a big upgrade (3.2 -> 3.3), this release also removes 
the dependancy upon the kde-redhat/fedora meta-repo which should help 
simplifying folks' apt/yum/up2date configurations.
