KDE and the US Daylight Saving Time changes that take effect beginning in 2007

Anyone know if anything in KDE or software ** required to build KDE **
is/are affected by the US Daylight Saving Time changes that go into
effect next year? Off the top of my head it seems like Qt and Perl could
be affected. I've been doing some googling, etc. but it's hard to find
relevant information. Problems within KDE seem to be the usual based on
a search I did for bugs. Thanks!
