This makes the build approach for KDE4 as follows:

- build cmake (against whichever STL you like)
- build libungif (C deps only)
- build redland (C deps only)
- build stdcxx
- build CLucene
- build PCRE
- build KDESupport (we hope)
- build kdelibs (maybe)
