ginstall issue

Dear All,
I was trying to compile OpenSIPS on solaris 10...When i make gmake install
and after some time og compilation i got the below error:

ginstall -m 644 scripts/opensipsctlrc \
                /etc/opensips//opensipsctlrc.sample
gmake: ginstall: Command not found
gmake: *** [install-cfg] Error 127

Any help please?
