KDE 3.4 Clock problem

Hi,
I'm having problem with KDE clock. The timezone is wrong, and I can't modify
it mannually.
I searched about this in google, but I just found a patch to apply. Is there
another way to fix it?
I installed KDE 3.4 from blastwave.
