Wifi setting for how to store password is hard to find

Hi, there, i wanted to change how the wifi password is stored (from encrypted 
to not encrypted so it's available before anyone logs in), but even knowing 
what i wanted to change i needed to google for it and ended up in some forum 
that told me to click on the icon next to the password field to get a popup 
menu, i.e.

I think that this is quite hard to find (even if it's a relatively "advanced" 
setting) and given we have enough space in that dialog it could fit nicely 
either as a radio group or as a combo button below the password field.

what do you think?
