SUMMARY

I had a plasma panel that doesn't correctly auto-hides, so I decided to con=
vert
it to a new latte dock panel/area.

So I was in need to move every launcher and widget from the plasma panel to=
 the
latte panel. I tried to drag-and-drop the launchers and widgets from one to
another but it was no possible (even during plasma panel edit mode).=20

Then I moved every launcher and widget to plasma desktop, outside the plasma
panel, removed the old plasma panel, and then tried to drag-and-drop the
launchers and widgets from plasma desktop to the new created Latte dock pan=
el.

The result is that I couldn't do that, even while on latte edit mode fixed.
When I drop a launcher over latte panel it will be placed behind the latte
panel, not inside.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new latte dock area.
2. Drag a launcher from plasma desktop and move it and drop over the latte
area.


OBSERVED RESULT

The dropped launcher will be placed behind latte area, no inside latte.


EXPECTED RESULT

Drag-and-drop would work to move launchers from desktop or plasma panel into
latte.
