Concept for tooltip on Dolphin tab bar

SUMMARY
When there are a lot of tabs open in Dolphin it becomes harder to determine
which folder is displayed with each tab. Displaying a tooltip with the tab =
path
would solve this. (See attached concept image)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open lots of tabs in Dolphin
2.=20
3.=20

OBSERVED RESULT
Tabs become to small to read the path

EXPECTED RESULT
