I'm not really certain how this currently works across platforms, but would it be an idea to add something that restores session windows where (and sized as) you left them? Something currently restores window size via the KWindowSystem framework, which means that sessions restart with whatever you sized the last session to. I personally use spatial navigation/memory, and always place specific sessions at the same screen location; I'd love for this to be done *for* me.

Not all platforms have a window manager with some form of session management, and for some reason the KWin developer(s) refuse to provide a feature that restores windows to their last-used location. IOW, we'd have to implement this ourselves if it's to work reliably everywhere.

Thoughts?
