SUMMARY
Dolphin shows a black picture for WebM video files

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder with WebM files
2. Enable thumbnails view

OBSERVED RESULT
Black pictures in thumbnails

EXPECTED RESULT
Show a frame of the video
