I had the problem, all my emails and sent mail did not show it but the mails was being bounced from one of my mails lists because of the html code. Bugzilla bug 432413 I thought I added commits to this but I don't see them, I know the problems went away when I upgrade from kde 3.5.9 to kde 4.1.3.
