Hi Natasha,
Yeah, I apologize, but the "auto-detect" functionality has been broken for a
while now. The best bet is to manually enter your username (found in the
top-right corner of the HotSync window on your Palm, iirc), and the device
(should be /dev/ttyUSB1).
