Bug in "send reply to..."

This has happened twice in cases where I am pretty sure that I right clicked 
the sender of a mail list message and selected the option to make a private 
reply to the sender and it mailed it to the list anyway.  I didn't check the 
addressing in the composer window before I sent them out.

Is anyone else seeing this?
