I use the drop-down to make it BCC, then I press the 'select' button, which opens a window 'select recipient', I set address book option to 'Distribution Lists', but my dist list is not shown, even though it is definitely showing under the kaddressbook. > > Also, the editor for the distribution list is not real user friendly, to > > add another email address in the list, there is no function to simply add > > the address to the other addresses (all in the one box, that is). > > I am afraid I don't understand. Can you try to re-phrase it? To edit a distribution list, it only shows the ability to add single email addresses at a time, rather than a larger text box, where I could edit individual ones, or add new ones. I just mean, one large text box with all the email address, for that distribution list; there seems no function to do that. The edit shows multiple single boxes, will get messy to manage when there are a considerable number of email addresses in a distribution list. Thanks, Peter
