I don't seem to have this option either. I' am using kubuntu kde 4.2 packages 
(kmail 1.11.0)

Ps. Anoop, it seems that you have kmail configured to set the "reply to" to 
your mail id. I would be helpful if you did not explicitly set this. 
Currently, replying to your mail gets kmail to pick your mail id instead of 
the list id.
