kmail always sets back my column selection

Hello,

I uses openSUSE 11.0 with KDE 4.2 rel 83.1 and KMail 1.11.0
Kmail sets my column selection in the mail overview window to default falues 
evertime I restart kmail. Eg. I get rid of sender / reciever name, date, 
attachment symbol via right click on the upper bar and make my selection then 
I leave KMail and voila after a restart all just made settings are gone....

Any Idea if this is a bug? Solutions?
