Migrating all PIM data - email, contacts, calendars from 3.x to 4.x?

I use KDE 3.5 / KMail / Kontact.

I have tons of addresses, contacts, some calendars, other things.

I'm trying to find some info on migrating them all to KDE 4.2

At the very least I must be able to move my email and contacts.

A few quick web searches are not turning up any information, perhaps I'm 
searchign for the wrong thing.

Where can I find documentation on this subject?
