Akonadi and LDAP migration

I use LDAP for my address book, so I wondered how to use it with Akonadi. 
Googling I found this: http://www.kdedevelopers.org/node/3768 but when I 
started Akonaid nothing similar happened on my system. How do I kick-off the 
migration?
