Populate a reply From header?

Hello all,

Can anyone tell me how to populate a reply message's From 
header with the value of the original message's To 
header?

That is, ignore the Identity email address, and populate 
the composers From field with the original recipient's 
email address?

I read the help docs, searched the net, and this mail 
list archives, but cam up empty.
