It seems that I had installed kdepim4. Under Mandriva this is either only partially functional, or lacks adequate settings import to make it work as expected. By deleting it and adding kdepim3 I now have a functioning kontact. However, the only version of ktimetracker appears to be one for kdepim4. Later I'll experiment to see whether I can get it working with kdepim3 - It used to: I've used it recently. Anne -- New to KDE4? - get help from http://userbase.kde.org Just found a cool new feature?
