well,
your input is a bit vague, so I try to guess:

-	you have an eeepc running xandros linux ?
-	PIM is the integrated version of kde kontact which uses kmail as email 
program ? 
-	or do you mean thunderbird, which is the standard email program in eeepc 
easy mode ?

the correct advice for your question depends on the answers to the above 
topics, so you should first try to figure that out and then come back.
