Oops!  I should proof-read my posts more than once!

Sorry, but when I wrote that, "Please note that (4) does not always
happen.", what I should have written was that (3) does not always
happen.  That is, sometimes the network-move works fine and the
Kmail/Kontact/KDE cache-thing is not a problem.  I cannot figure out
why that is however and I have tried to establish a pattern for at
least 18 months now :-)
