Yes, this is OK.
Another option would be to just archive the mail directory without any 
additional path in front.

The initial idea of changing to "/home/bu4lu3si1/" was correct.
Unfortunately I forgot to add the step of copying mail.tar.bz2 to the new 
location.
So change into "/home/bu4lu3si1/" and make sure mails.tar.bz2 is there.
(or provide the full path of mails.tar.bz2 if it is somewhere else)
