TNEF reader under KDE4

What is "the way" for reading TNEF attachments (winmail.dat) under 
KDE4? Has ktnef been ported to KDE4? My distro (Mandriva2009.1) only 
has a package lib64ktnef4, but not a package ktnef or kdepim4-ktnef. 
The only ktnef version that is available is for KDE 3.5.10. I run 64-
bit KDE 4.2.4.
