KMail 1.12.1 (KDE 4.3.1): External editors don't work anymore

Hi!

Starting with KMail 1.12.1 (KDE 4.3.1) external editors don't work anymore.

Example: "kwrite %f" produces an error message.

It seems that external programs receive an empty parameter ('') instead of %f.

Can anybody reproduce this, so that I can file a bug report?
