Dear All At http://userbase.kde.org/Kontact#Migrating_your_setup_to_a_new_distro there is a list of config files and directories that one needs to backup for migration. I am about to use this (not actually to migrate at this moment but simply to use as a way to backup Kontact) but I would like to check whether anybody has used this list and found it to be complete. At the moment I backup my whole Home (with BackupInTime) but I have no wish to do this - too many things change all the time - and I only want to backup my documents and essential items such as Kontact and my OpenOffice personal dictionary. I added a note to Bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=76690 because I feel that Kontact requires a simple backup and restore system like the one that Evolution has - which is great for backing up and especially for migration. With thanks, Martin
