The Default Addressbook is your "old" address book. The Akonadi 
Compatibility Resource is the same address book except that 
Kontact/KMail/KAddressBook access it through Akonadi, the new PIM data 
access backend.

I suggest to disable the Akonadi Compatibility Resource and use the 
Default Addressbook.
