Kontact- Mail send end up in INBOX

Hello,

Currently I am confronted with the behavior that mail that is send shows 
up in the Inbox of Kontact/Kmail via the Outbox.
The system is used by a number of users using the same userid so it is 
difficult to find out what happened since this system has worked  
without problems for 2 years before this problem arises.

I have searched through the KMail configuration options but have not 
found the problem.
 
Any solution or suggestion
