Following Systemsettings -> advanced tab -> KDE Resources I find, the 
following:
Contacts:  Default A, type file, standard yes.
Calendar:  Default C, type file, standard yes.
Notes:  Notes, type file, standard yes
Alarms:  No resources

For what it is worth, when I installed Mandriva 2009.1, The addressbook did 
not get installed.  I had to download it from Mandriva's repository 
separately.
