Cannot create new folder with GoogleMail-IMAP account

Can someone help me with the following problem. When trying to create a new 
folder or subfolder via Kmail in my Googlemail IMAP-Account I sometimes get 
the following error message.


'Ordner kann nicht angelegt werden
Das Erstellen des Ordners ist fehlgeschlagen.

This error does not always occur only from time to time, several times I could 
create new folders. I cannot figure out the reason. It does not matter whether 
I am logged in to the Googlemail account via my webbrowser. Everything else 
works just fine, no problems at all, so I do not understand the hint about 
insufficient access rights.
