kmail issues

Hi,

i have been using kmail for while now, but i had some questions/problems:
I am using kmail 1.12.2

- I have 2 Address books for different purposes. In my second address book i 
try to create a distribution list. However, after i create it, save it, close 
Kontact and reopen it, it is gone. A bug? A user error?

- When i click on an email address and select: Add to address book, i do not 
have a choice which address book(s) to add to. Is there a way to configure 
this?

- I have all the mailing lists i subscribe to in seperate folders. Is there an 
option that lets me mark the folder as managing a mailing lists?
