view in kaddressbook

I sort my address book by surname (keeps the family together), and there are 
many people that I only have surnames for.  In the past one could sort on 
family name, given name etc.  However, I can't seem to work out how to do this 
in the kde4 version of kaddressbook.  Can someone enlighten me or guide me as 
to have to achieve this.
