virtual printer - Mail PDF file - missing

in KDE3 a virtual printer was defined, hence from every app the output could 
be sent as attachment.

./apps/kdeprint/specials.desktop:

Command=ps2pdf -sPAPERSIZE=%psl %in %out && kmailservice 
'mailto:?attachment=file:%out' && sleep 15 && rm -f %out

Hot to configure this in KDE 4 ?

I know - it should be possible by defining a pipe in CUPS, but this 
functionality shouldn't  be restricted to CUPS gurus, but be a default
