Already tried that:
qdbus org.kde.NepomukServer /nepomukserver org.kde.NepomukServer.quit 
rm -r ~/.kde/share/apps/nepomuk
rm -r ~/.kde4/share/apps/nepomuk
nepomukserver
Nepomuk server already running.

Kontact still doesn't work.
