new message to mailing-list (using list folder)

hello,
I am subscribed to 3 mailing lists:
[email protected],  
KDE on Fedora discussion <[email protected]>,
[email protected]

for each mailing-list there is a rule to move the incoming message to its 
designated folder, so far so good.
however I noticed that right clicking on the kde-pim folder offers the option 
to send a new message to the mailing list while the same is not offered for the 
other two mailing lists ...

is it my setup or is there something special (except for the users) in this 
list?
can anyone confirm/deny this behavior?
