The easiest - IMHO - is to setup a dropbox account http://www.dropbox.com/ and 
place your calendar somewhere in ~/Dropbox/
I have my address book like that, but currently I sync my calendar with Google 
using GCalDaemon http://gcaldaemon.sourceforge.net/ .
