Contact Group (was Distribution List) alias expansion in 4.4.3

I've backported the fixes that allow contact groups' (like your good old 
distribution lists, but not just for email) aliases to be expanded as 
distribution lists in KDE SC 4.4.3.  If you are running your own 4.4 branch or 
have access to binaries before 4.4.3 comes out in a couple of days, please 
test and let me know if it works for you.

NB that the recipients picker dialog is still not ported to Akonadi so you 
have to know the alias of the dist list.
