Send Mail Later

Hi

If I choose the send mail later option when sending -  my mail goes into my 
outbox and stays there until I want to send it, but is there a way of setting 
the mail to send after a period of time or on a particular date/time?

I'm using KDE 3.5.10, KMail 1.9.10
